From points South:

Take Interstate 95 North towards Wilmington/Philadelphia. Take the exit onto Interstate 495 North towards Port of Wilmington/Philadelphia. Take Exit 4 toward US-13/DE-3/Edgemoor Rd and merge onto Lighthouse Road. Continue onto Hay Road. After 0.3 miles, make the first left which is Amer Road. Continue through the gate and the building will be on your right.

From points North:

Take Interstate 95 Sorth towards Wilmington/Baltimore. Continue straight and merge onto Interstate 495 South towards Port of Wilmington/Baltimore. Take Exit 4B for DE-3/Edgemoor Road South toward Edgemoor Industrial Park. Turn right at Edgemoor Rd/State Rd 3. Take the 1st right onto Hay Road. After 0.3 miles, make the first left which is Amer Road. Continue through the gate and the building will be on your right.
