ASME Section VIII Division 1 Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
Tube Bundle Skeleton during Manufacturing, This tube bundle has 1,296 U Tubes being installed into it.  Each tube is rolled and welded into the tube sheet, which has been CNC Machined for perfect accuracy.
This is a perfect example of a Channel Head for a Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger expertly crafted by our ASME certified and qualified welders and fitters
This tube sheet is over 5" Thick and has been CNC Machined for perfect alignment of the drilled holes.
