Design
and manufacture are controlled and validated in accordance with
our ASME Quality Assurance Programs. All aspects of design, construction,
welding, inspection and testing are overseen and inspected by
trained and experienced individuals in accordance with the construction
code requirements. Construction is controlled using Quality Control
Route Sheets listing each operation in sequence, including welding
and procedures. Welds are completed in accordance with ASME Section
IX and are inspected per ASME Code requirements. Our Quality Control
Program includes provisions for customer audits and inspections
as required.
New
Build
With
AIT’s group of Metallurgical, Process, Thermal and Mechanical
Engineers on staff, our product development team is prepared to
be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for your next project.
For 34 years, AIT has worked with the industries’ premier
Engineering, Procurement and Construction companies to assist
them with new construction projects.
Replacement
AIT’s
products are designed to last for several decades, which is why
we are now receiving inquires from our happy customers from over
30 years ago. With employees on staff who have designed and fabricated
the original product, there is no better company to complete the
next fabrication.
AIT’s
experience with Reverse-Engineering, gives us the advantage to
replace components from OEM’s that are no longer in business
or are no longer price competitive.
Component
Upgrade
During
replacement, it is AIT’s objective to analyze the original
piece of equipment and its’ operating performance, so we
can re-design and fabricate a product that will outperform the
original piece of equipment.
Repair
AIT
has maintained the Nuclear Board “R” Stamp for over
34 years, performing in-house and on-site inspections and repairs
for hundreds of vessels and heat exchangers.
Commercial
Grade Dedication
AIT’s
NQA-1 and 10CFR50 Appendix B programs, allow AIT to commercially
dedicate material for use on Nuclear Projects. With a limited
number of nuclear vendors in the US, nuclear facilities are coming
to Amer Industrial Technologies as the premier choice for commercial
grade items and services.
